Abstract: Payloads are assessed for nominal operations. Payload Developers have the option of performing a maintenance hazard assessment (MHA) for potential maintenance activities. When POIC (Payload Operations and Integration Center) Safety reviews an OCR calling for a maintenance procedure, we cannot approve it without a MHA.
