Kicking off the first event of a weeklong National Defense Industrial Association conference here, three space experts joined Airmen at Air Force Space Command for an opportunity to discuss the future of the space and cyberspace domains.
The three panel members consisted of past Hartinger Award recipients: The Honorable Peter Teets, retired Gen. Lance Lord and Lt. Gen. Mike Hamel.
All members agreed that space is critical to military engagements today. “There’s no such thing as bandwidth appetite suppression,” General Lord told the group of space professionals Wednesday.
