Plasma Oscillation Characterization of NASA’s HERMeS Hall Thruster via High Speed Imaging

Abstract: The performance and facility effect characterization tests of NASA’s 12.5-kW Hall Effect Rocket with Magnetic Shielding had been completed. As a part of these tests, three plasma oscillation characterization studies were performed to help determine operation settings and quantify margins.
