Abstract: Relativistic electrons in the outer radiation belt are highly dynamic and respond to interplanetary solar wind structures interacting with the Earth’s magnetic field. A known mechanism dictating electron dynamics is the drift-resonant interaction with ultralow frequency (ULF) waves.
