NASA Television will broadcast the arrival of the next Russian resupply vehicle to the International Space Station on August 30. The spacecraft, Progress 12, is scheduled to dock to the Station at approximately 11:42 p.m. EDT.
Live coverage begins at 11:00 p.m. EDT and will include commentary and available video. Other events leading up to the voyage of the Progress 12 to the Station will be covered by written status reports available at:

Those events include:
The August 27 undocking and de-orbiting of an earlier resupply ship, Progress 10, which arrived at the Space Station in February. It is being removed from the docking site to make way for the new shipment.
The August 28 launch of the Progress 12 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
The Progress 12 craft will carry 1000 pounds of food, fuel and supplies for the Expedition 7 crew on board the Station. Expedition 7 Commander Yuri Malenchenko and NASA Station Science Officer Ed Lu have been working on board since April.
