An Overview of the Layered and Extensible Aircraft Performance System (LEAPS) Development

Abstract: The Layered and Extensible Aircraft Performance System (LEAPS) is a new sizing and synthesis tool being developed within the Aeronautics Systems Analysis Branch (ASAB) at NASA Langley Research Center.
