The second Global Space Economic Forum was held at the New Space Economy European Expoforum in Rome in December 2019.
Eric Morel de Westgaver, ESA Director of Industry, Procurement and Legal Services, and Gian Paolo Manzella, Undersecretary, Italian Ministry of Economic Development, welcomed the audience and presented the main theme and explained why space creates value.
