The PDGF is a mounting position that the station&#8217;s robotic arm can attach to for access to the Russian segment. <\/p>\n<p>The multi-layer insulation (MLI) grounding wire was stuck in a latch door, and Fossum tucked it under Velcro tabs and put the MLI back in place.
