Liquid evaporates from the surface of a liquid while bubbles carry heat from deep down, but the process is complex and not fully understood by physicists \u2013 yet.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/eea.spaceflight.esa.int\/portal\/exp\/?id=9095\">Experiments on parabolic flights<\/a> have shown that vapour bubbles behave very differently on otherplanets or in space.
