Ian Holt, Headquarters Air Force Space Command vault concepts lead mounts his Felt bicycle and starts pedaling on a three-hour training ride. It&#8217;s all part of the regimen prescribed by his coach leading up to the sixth Conseil International du Sport Militaire &#8211; the international military sports championships.<\/p>\n<p>Holt is an elite cyclist and participated in the previous five CISM events.
