Two Russian satellites AIST-2D and SamSat-218 operating in the Amateur bands were launched on April 28, 2016 at 02:01 UT on a Soyuz 2-1A launch vehicle from the new Vostochny Cosmodrome located in the Amur Oblast.<\/p>\n
