In this video Ricky discusses the exploration with the international crew\n<\/p>\n<p>\nCAVES \u2013 Cooperative Adventure for Valuing and Exercising human behaviour and performance Skills \u2013 focuses on multicultural approaches to leadership, following orders, teamwork and decision-making.
