This team proves that the practice of making moral assessments conditionally is very effective in establishing cooperation in terms of evolutionary game theory. &#8216;Our study also demonstrates the evolutionary disadvantage of seeking reputation by sanctioning wrongdoers,&#8217; says Sasaki.
