The 689th Combat Communications Wing, commanded by Col. Theresa Giorlando, specializes in conducting tactical operations in austere, deployed, and joint\/coalition environments. The wing’s mission is to train, deploy and deliver expeditionary and specialized communications, air traffic control and landing systems for Humanitarian Relief Operations and dominant combat operations, anytime, anywhere.
