The crater is 32 km-wide and was formed at time when the martian environment was much wetter, as seen in the fluidised nature of the debris excavated from it.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe images were acquired by the High Resolution Stereo Camera on Mars Express on 3 May 2017 during orbit 16890. The ground resolution is approximately 21 m\/pixel and the images are centred on 70\u00b0E\/22\u00b0S.
