Sarah Sparks, Directorate of Logistics, Installations and Mission Support, command equipment manager, received the news last week from Gen. C. Robert Kehler, commander of AFSPC. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I was totally surprised,&#8221; Sergeant Sparks said. &#8220;This is a huge honor and very humbling.
