Jefrey Wayne Davis, military satellite communications transmissions maintenance technician, with the 4th Space Operations Squadron, had such an opportunity in front of his home March 17.<br \/>\nDavis had just finished lunch when he heard a loud noise he likened to something large falling off the back of a truck.<br \/>\n \u201cI scanned the streets from my window and saw a black car laying on its driver\u2019s side,\u201d he said. \u201cI told my wife that there was a car flipped on its side and I was going to check on the people and make sure everyone was OK,\u201d Davis said.<br \/>\n<br \/> <br \/>\n<img src='https:\/\/media.defense.gov\/2018\/Mar\/28\/2001896301\/82\/55\/0\/180328-F-RH307-0001.JPG' alt='Staff Sgt.
