I witnessed this myself when I travelled to Nicaragua, on behalf of Fauna &#038; Flora International (FFI), last year. A few weeks before my trip a huge tropical storm (Hurricane Nate) ripped through the country, endangering people&#8217;s lives and livelihoods.
