Norton Schwartz hosted a multi-command panel of generals to address issues from the audience at the Air Force Association&#8217;s Air and Space Conference and Technology Exposition at National Harbor, in Oxon Hill, Md., Sept. 15.<\/p>\n<p>The panel discussion, which also featured Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force James A. Roy, opened with General Schwartz encouraging audience members to query the panel. <\/p>\n<p>Lt. Gen. Donald C.
