DARC said <span>that <\/span>signals from illegal transmitters in the 144.010 to 144.020<span> <\/span>MHz range are coming from \u201cwater vitalizers\u201d or \u201cwater energizers.\u201d The manufacturer specifies 144.015 MHz as the transmit frequency in its product description.
