An international team with Professor Robert Arlinghaus from the Leibniz Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries (IGB) and the Humboldt Universit\u00e4t zu Berlin has summarized in a study how technical innovations can affect anglers, fisheries management and fish populations.
