Often, only a small part of what is actually wanted is produced in the factory. The large remainder is unusable\u2014or even worse. Examples? The defoliant &#8220;Agent Orange&#8221; used by the US army in the Vietnam War was produced in great hurry. It contained dioxin as an impurity.
