Each of NASA&#8217;s 10 field centers explores <br \/>\nthe origin, growth, and potential of technology transfer <br \/>\nefforts in Spinoff&#8217;s research and development section.<\/p>\n<p>\nOver the years, Spinoff featured more than 1,300 public <br \/>\nbenefits of NASA&#8217;s commercial partnerships with private <br \/>\nindustry. The publication covers the agency&#8217;s latest research <br \/>\nand development activities and serves as a reference resource <br \/>\nto NASA&#8217;s commercial technology network.<\/p>\n<p>\nSince NASA&#8217;s inception in 1958, technologies resulting from <br \/>\nthe space program have introduced Americans to hundreds of <br \/>\nnew or improved products. NASA first developed many of <br \/>\ntoday&#8217;s conveniences.
