While the &#8220;terror of the Cambrian&#8217; Anomalocaris\u2014with its radial mouth and spiny grasping appendages\u2014is a radiodont with many relatives, the five-eyed Opabinia\u2014with its distinctive frontal proboscis\u2014remains the only opabiniid ever discovered.
