Sin embargo, estas aeronaves s\u00f3lo asomar\u00e1n por los cielos de Estados Unidos cuando la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Aviaci\u00f3n garantice que son seguras para transportar pasajeros o sobrevolar comunidades.<\/p>\n<p>La misi\u00f3n de Movilidad A\u00e9rea Avanzada (AAM por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) de la NASA est\u00e1 utilizando el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n, simulaciones, modelado y pruebas de vuelo, para ayudar a la industria a evaluar c\u00f3mo la automatizaci\u00f3n, el dise\u00f1o y las operaciones de los veh\u00edculos y otras \u00e1reas de investigaci\u00f3n pueden integrarse para garantizar que esta nueva clase de veh\u00edculos sea segura de operar. Una de las ramas de investigaci\u00f3n de esta misi\u00f3n es el proyecto de Sistema de Seguridad Integro de la NASA.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de Sistema de Seguridad Integro eval\u00faa c\u00f3mo la industria aeroespacial y la modernizaci\u00f3n de las aeronaves afectan a la seguridad. Este enfoque integrado utiliza la tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s avanzada para abordar los posibles riesgos operativos y de dise\u00f1o. Los aviones AAM estar\u00e1n sumamente automatizados, con sistemas que tomar\u00e1n decisiones cr\u00edticas para la seguridad de forma regular. Estas decisiones podr\u00edan incluir la percepci\u00f3n y evitaci\u00f3n de peligros, as\u00ed como funciones de manejo de la trayectoria de vuelo que permitan a los veh\u00edculos operar sin piloto. O, en el caso de las aeronaves pilotadas, pueden aumentar la seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto Sistema de Seguridad Integro est\u00e1 desarrollando una nueva tecnolog\u00eda denominada Sistema de Manejo de Seguridad A\u00e9rea Puntual (IASMS por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), que automatizar\u00e1 las funciones del manejo de riesgos y seguridad que hoy se realizan manualmente. El IASMS vigilar\u00eda continuamente el Espacio A\u00e9reo Nacional, recogiendo datos sobre las aeronaves en vuelo, el manejo del tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo, los aeropuertos, las condiciones del terreno y el clima para evaluar los riesgos potenciales. Estos sistemas har\u00edan recomendaciones de actuaci\u00f3n a controladores a\u00e9reos y pilotos, o autom\u00e1ticamente integrar\u00edan acciones planificadas. \u00a0La importancia de la investigaci\u00f3n del IASMS aumentar\u00e1 a medida que los eVTOL AAM sumamente automatizados ingresen al espacio a\u00e9reo. Se espera que el IASMS proporcione par\u00e1metros de rendimiento para veh\u00edculos eVTOL, vertipuertos y a los controladores de tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo y mejore el conocimiento de la situaci\u00f3n para garantizar la seguridad en el aire y en tierra.<\/p>\n<p>El Sistema de Seguridad Integro es s\u00f3lo un aspecto de la misi\u00f3n AAM de la NASA, que complementa la investigaci\u00f3n en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/feature\/la-movilidad-a-rea-avanzada-mira-adelante-en-la-automatizaci-n\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">automatizaci\u00f3n<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/aeroresearch\/la-mision-movilidad-aerea-avanzada-de-la-nasa-investiga-el-ruido\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">ruido<\/a>,\u00a0<a
