NASA\u2019s Curious Universe Podcast Unveils New Season of Adventures<\/h1>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

NASA\u2019s short-form, narrative podcast, NASA\u2019s Curious Universe<\/a>, returns for its sixth season Nov. 7. This season will bring listeners on new \u201cwild and wonderful\u201d adventures from the farthest reaches of the cosmos to right here on planet Earth.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In season six, listeners will meet researchers who are using sounds from the Sun to learn crucial details about our star, explore the \u201cdark side\u201d of the universe with scientists who study dark matter and dark energy, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the first NASA mission to deliver an asteroid sample to Earth.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The trailer for season six of NASA\u2019s Curious Universe launched Oct. 31, and new episodes will be published every Tuesday morning through Dec. 19.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In each episode, host Dr. Padi Boyd, a NASA astrophysicist, brings listeners on a unique, sound-rich journey through our solar system and beyond. She is joined by a lineup of expert interviewees such as scientists, astronauts, and engineers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

NASA\u2019s Curious Universe first debuted in March 2020 and features a catalog of episodes focused on a wide variety topics, from spacesuit design to exoplanet hunting.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In 2022, the show received a People\u2019s Voice Webby Award<\/a> in the category \u201cBest Limited Series\u2014Health, Science & Education,\u201d recognizing the team\u2019s in-depth reporting on the science, engineering, people, and launch of NASA\u2019s James Webb Space Telescope.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

NASA\u2019s Curious Universe is a podcast created with the\u00a0 \u201cfirst-time space explorer\u201d in mind and doesn\u2019t require prior knowledge of NASA or its missions. All you need is your curiosity!\u00a0<\/p>\n
