Although the mission has not yet been officially confirmed by ESA, work has already begun to ensure it can launch on time.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/planetary.s3.amazonaws.com\/assets\/email\/newsletter\/email-tps-logo-small.png\" alt=\"Planetary Society logo bullet\" class=\"inline align-middle h-5 w-5 float-left mr-1 mt-1\"\/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Crickets \u2014 they\u2019re what\u2019s for dinner.\u00a0<\/strong>In space, as much as on Earth, insects such as crickets are increasingly being explored as sustainable food sources.
