Witteveen+Bos and SBGA Blengini Ghirardelli were entrusted with the design.<\/p>\n<p>ESTEC is ESA\u2019s incubator of technological innovation, as well as the agency\u2019s largest establishment. It is also the workplace of over 3000 people and the home to ESA\u2019s Test Centre.
