Designed to protect human health and the environment from hazardous substances, REACH also poses unique challenges for the space sector where exemptions are rare and obsolescence risks are high.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>ESA will hold a\u00a0<b>REACH awareness webinar<\/b> on <b>28 January<\/b>\u00a0from <b>10:00\u201312:30 CET.<\/b> This aims to help space professionals and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SME) gain a clear understanding of REACH requirements and their implications for materials and processes used in space projects.
