Sophie\u2019s bonus food was created by multi\u2011Michelin\u2011starred chef Anne\u2011Sophie Pic, offering the crew a taste of French gastronomy far from Earth.<\/p>\n<p>Bonus food, tailored to specific crew members, makes up around one tenth of an astronaut\u2019s menu.
