{"id":802609,"date":"2026-06-10T15:41:32","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T20:41:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spaceweekly.com\/?p=802609"},"modified":"2026-06-10T15:41:32","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T20:41:32","slug":"nasa-awards-contract-for-construction-services-in-california","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spaceweekly.com\/?p=802609","title":{"rendered":"NASA Awards Contract for Construction Services in California"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>NASA has selected multiple small businesses for the Western Regional Multiple Award Construction Contract, which supports a broad range of facility enhancement, modernization, and sustainment work at NASA\u2019s Armstrong Flight Research Center in Edwards, California, NASA\u2019s Ames Research Center in California\u2019s Silicon Valley, and other federal agencies in the region.<\/p>\n<p>The contract provides general construction, modification, maintenance and repair, and demolition services, as well as new construction of buildings and facilities that incorporate Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design practices and building information modeling to support efficient and sustainable project execution.<\/p>\n<p>The indefinite-delivery\/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract is a follow-on to the agency\u2019s previous regional construction contract and has a potential value of $450 million over a five\u2011year period.<\/p>\n<p>Contract awardees are:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abide International Inc.<\/li>\n<li>Able Heating and Air Conditioning<\/li>\n<li>Anderson Burton Construction Inc.<\/li>\n<li>Anna Lisa Luna Construction<\/li>\n<li>Barkley Andross Corporation<\/li>\n<li>Bibro Construction Company Inc.<\/li>\n<li>CM Construction Services<\/li>\n<li>CMS Construction Inc.<\/li>\n<li>FASONE<\/li>\n<li>G\u20111 Lead Builders JV LLC<\/li>\n<li>Gideon USA<\/li>\n<li>Good\u2011men Roofing &amp; Construction Inc.<\/li>\n<li>Groundlevel Construction Inc.<\/li>\n<li>IPI Construction Inc.<\/li>\n<li>Innovative Project Solutions Inc.<\/li>\n<li>Ironwood Commercial Builders Inc.<\/li>\n<li>J.I.
