On a day-to-day basis, Airman 1st Class Kali Spicer, 50th Force Support Squadron customer service representative, makes identification cards, in-processes new personnel and helps manage the leave program.
Spicer left all of that behind Feb. 1 and hit the slopes for a day of snowboarding in Breckenridge, Colo. She was one of the 45 Airmen who participated in the snowboarding and skiing trip as part of the Single Airmen Initiative.
“It is just a way to get Airmen build a sense of community,” said Seth Cannello, 50th Force Support Squadron fitness and sports manager. “Also, we want to try to get them out of their normal comfort zones and have them experience something different.”
