Spacewalk training

ESA astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti, Expedition 42/43 flight engineer,  dons a training version of her Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU)  spacesuit in preparation for a spacewalk training session at the Neutral  Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) near NASA’s Johnson Space Center.  

Samantha is in the final weeks of her training for her Futura mission to  the International Space Station. She is set to launch to the ISS with  crewmates NASA astronaut Terry Virts and Russian cosmonaut Anton  Shkaplerov on 24 November 2014.
