Mr. Bob Poulin, Air Force Network Integration Center network architect, stands in front of the Air Force Communication and Information, Air Traffic Controller Timeline representing significant cyberspace milestones throughout history in the Lieutenant General Grant Building on Scott Air Force Base, Ill. Poulin is the technical lead for implementing Next Generation Enterprise Services, a strategic initiative with a goal to reduce the total cost of desktop computing across the Air Force. The project will integrate all eServices such as email, instant messaging, file sharing, and file storage in a commercial cloud environment improving AF users’ access to critical information on the Air Force network anywhere, anytime, regardless of platform or location.
