The ESA/Germany Collaborative Ground Segment agreement has been signed on 7th November 2014, at ESA Headquarters in Paris, by Volker Liebig, ESA’s Director of Earth Observation Programmes, and Dr. Gerd-Achim Gruppe, Member of the DLR Executive Board, responsible for the German Space Administration.
