During a meeting held today in Evry, France, the Arianespace Board of Directors decided to provide resources needed for the company’s further development as a launch services leader. Arianespace’s order book now stands at 4.3 billion euros – an all-time record – and includes 33 satellites to be launched into geostationary orbit; six Ariane 5 missions with the Automated Transfer Vehicle (to service the International Space Station); and 17 Soyuz launches.
