Seventeen years ago in a classroom not that far away, the SPHERES facility was born. As it prepares for the 2018 hand-off to its successor Astrobee, team members look ahead to the future, while celebrating the successes of nearly 600 test hours over 117 test sessions by 35 on-orbit crew members.
