Abstract: This handbook provides an overview of the fundamental principles and explains the functions and products that go into project planning and control. The 2010 Interim Results of the NASA Program Planning and Control (PPC) Study identified seven categories of activities for PPC, and those provide the basis for the seven functions described in this handbook.
