Application of Compressive Sensing to Gravitational Microlensing Experiments

Abstract: Compressive Sensing is an emerging technology for data compression and simultaneous data acquisition. This is an enabling technique for significant reduction in data bandwidth, and transmission power and hence, can greatly benefit spaceflight instruments.
