Characterization of Low Pressure Cold Plasma in the Cleaning of Contaminated Surfaces

Abstract: The characterization of low pressure cold plasma is a broad topic which would benefit many different applications involving such plasma. The characterization described in this paper focuses on cold plasma used as a medium in cleaning and disinfection applications.
