Members of the 5th Combat Communications Group Combat Challenge team were recently asked to be actors in the closing scene of a new short film, “The Footlocker” by Julie Gerisch.
“I was amazed by the amount of support extended by the US Air Force in the production of “The Footlocker,” said Ms. Gerisch. “I am most proud of the involvement of the members of the 5th Combat Communications Group Combat Challenge Team who appear in the troop footage for the film.”
“Although, the footage will appear in the final 30 seconds of the film and might not seem like much; their appearance is very meaningful,” said Ms. Gerisch.
