Optical Sensors Using Stimulated Brillouin Scattering

Abstract: A method for enhancing a sensitivity of an optical sensor having an optical cavity counter-propagates beams of pump light within the optical cavity to produce scattered light based on Stimulated Brillouin Scattering (SBS).
