Abstract: Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA), in cooperation with NASA Marshall Space Flight Center’s (MSFC’s) Spacecraft Propulsion Systems Branch, developed and tested a novel propellant tank design that employs an internal piston pressurized with an inert gas to expel propellant to thrusters.
