Mr. James Dowdy, chief vehicle management, assigned to the Air Force Space Command Logistics Readiness Division received the Air Force Logistics Readiness Staff Junior Civilian Manager of the Year Award for his unparalleled management of 3,422 vehicles, 523 military and civilian personnel across 8 bases, 2 Numbered Air Forces and 25 geographically separated units. In addition, he enabled the seamless transition of 2,300 vehicles valued at $6.8 million supporting the Global Strike Command stand up and Cyberspace transfer.
