Progress on the Fabrication of High Resolution and Lightweight Monocrystalline Silicon X-ray Mirrors

Abstract: Monocrystalline silicon is an excellent X-ray mirror substrate material due to its high stiffness, low density, high thermal conductivity, zero internal stress, and commercial availability.
