Abstract: NASA ESDS (Earth Science Data and Information System) Dataset Interoperability Working Group has been developing recommendations since 2012 aimed at improving interoperability of EOS (Earth Observing System) datasets. The first set of recommendations were published in 2016 as ESDS RFC-028.
