Abstract: In Section 1 we summarize the technological approaches to the Large Balloon Reflector (LBR) that are discussed at length in our Phase I Technical report. Within each subsection we highlight how the work was advanced in Phase II. In Section 2 the work and lessons learned from the 3 and 5 meter LBR prototypes are described.
