A visitor to ESA’s Open Day at ESTEC in the Netherlands on Sunday 6 October 2019 tries out the 3D visualisation system of the Concurrent Design Facility (CDF), employed to perform rapid-scale early stage space mission design. Nearly 5 000 people took this first public opportunity to visit the CDF on the day.
