STS-130 Targets Feb. 7, Astronauts Polish Skills

Space shuttle Endeavour’s mission to the International Space Station is targeted to begin Feb. 7, 2010, with a 4:39 a.m. EST liftoff from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Technicians working in Kennedy’s Vehicle Assembly Building completed preparing Endeavour for its rollout to Launch Pad 39A. Following a holiday break, rollout is scheduled to begin Jan. 6, 2010, at 4 a.m.

In Houston, the crew of Endeavour is taking part in an integrated simulation with the Flight Dynamics Officer and Booster Systems Engineer at NASA’s Johnson Space Center.
