Paleoclimatic research shows the connection between climate variability and mercury levels in the Arctic

A new study published in Nature Geoscience carried out by Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, in collaboration with the Institute of Polar Sciences of the National Research Council and other international partners, shows that mercury levels in the Arctic are strongly influenced by climate change.
